Syntax: TRANSMIT filespec
Send the contents of the specified file to the other system
``bare'', without
protocol, packets, error checking, or retransmission. This command is useful
for sending files to systems that don't have Kermit.
When receiving a file, the
target system would normally be running a text editor in text collection mode.
