Syntax: SET SPEED [Baud Rate]
SET or change the baud rate (i.e. the transmission speed in
bits per second) on the currently selected communications device. Ten bits per
second is equivalent to one character per second; 300 baud = 30 cps. The way
of specifying the baud rate varies from system to system.
Common values are 300, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600.
