License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by Lowe Computer Solutions, your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
and warranty.

Registered Version

Lowe Computer Solutions firmly believes in the idea that this 
software is like a book.  You can read the book or let someone else
borrow the book.  However, there is only one copy of the book and 
only one person can be reading the book at any one time.  This
software should be treated in the same manner.  You are not 
violating the terms of this agreement so long as at any point in 
time, only one person can be using the software.  An example of 
non-violation would be having one copy on your PC at home and one
copy on your PC at work.  You can't be in both places at once to 
use the software.  However, putting this software on the network 
and hoping that no one else uses it when you do, is a violation.

Consider it this way, if it's possible for the software to be in
use at the same time on multiple workstations, you need a license for 
each workstation.

You may access the registered version of Silly Little Checklist
through a network, provided that you have obtained individual 
licenses for the software covering all workstations that will 
access the software through the network.  For instance, if 6 
different workstations will access Silly Little Checklist on 
the network, each workstation must have its own Silly Little 
Checklist license, regardless of whether they use Silly Little
Checklist at different times or concurrently.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Georgia.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
various hardware and software environments into which Silly Little
Checklist may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Shareware Version

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period,
a registration fee of $5.00 (US) is required.  Payments must be in US
dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Lowe Computer
Solutions, 2098 Indian Trail Rd, Norcross, GA 30071-3618.  Quantity
discounts are available, as described in the Register.txt form.
When payment is received, you will be sent appropriate 
instructions/files for the registered version of Silly Little 
Checklist.

Unregistered use of Silly Little Checklist after the 30-day 
evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international 
copyright laws.

Distribution

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
Version (select About from the Help menu to check) you are
hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of
this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
of the above.  All of the files must be distributed.  This applies
regardless of the method of distribution.

As this is Shareware, you may distribute the complete, unmodified, 
version of the software (including all of the files) in any manner
that you see fit under the following conditions:

1.  The product itself is the copyright of Lowe Computer Solutions and
no misrepresentation as to the creator of this product should be made.
2.  The product may be advertised and distributed in any manner 
(including, but not limited to, the Internet, bulletin board systems, 
compilation CDs, and word-of-mouth), however, it is illegal to 
represent this work as anyone's other than Lowe Computer Solutions.
3.  No additional price should be charged for this product other than
what are normal and customary costs for providing this software to
the user.  Examples are the costs of burning a CD, the cost for the
space necessary to house the software, and the cost of the dialup
connection.
4.  Any sales of the product itself should be appropriately remitted
to Lowe Computer Solutions at the address above.

In other words, DON'T RESELL THIS WORK AS YOUR OWN OR AT AN EXHORBITANT
