Your usage of this software depends upon your agreeing
with the following statement.  If you do not agree then
the software license extended to you is revoked and you
may not use it.

This tool is provided free of charge.  It is not
designed to "fix" the Year 2000 (Y2K) date problem on
computers.  It simply sets your Windows 95 date settings
to the correct Year 2000 compliant format/s.  The author
and MicroNexus Software Australia are not liable for
any damage/s or injury to property, computer systems,
software, data or personal.  By using this software you
accept sole risk.  You should be aware that some software
that is NOT Year 2000 compliant may cease to run when
the correct Year 2000 date format settings are used.
You are advised to consult the software vendor who
supplies/supplied the non-compliant software.

This software does not check, nor directly read or alter
the computer BIOS.  For BIOS checking software please

manufacturer or supplier of your computer.
