Combine multiple geoWrite documents into one.
Combiner is a program to combine multiple geoWrite
+documents into one.
?The MainMenu options are:
 - Lets you run any desk accessories on the
Sdisk Combiner was loaded from.
 - Quit and return to the deskTop or go to 
ggeoWrite and edit the last output document.
Begin
 - Start the process of combining documents
{(more information to follow).
 - This help series of screens.
After you select BEGIN, you will be presented with a
+window which allows you to:
CREATE
 a new geoWrite output document.
?(a follow-on window will ask for the document name).
 an existing geoWrite document for output.
S(a follow-on window will present you with the
]standard filename selection window)
CANCEL
 and return to the MainMenu.
Once the input and output files have been identified,
+you need to tell Combiner how many pages of the
5input document you want and where to put them    
?in the output document.  A window allows you to
Ispecify the starting and ending pages (inclusive) to
Stake from the input and the page number to place 
]those pages after.  Click over the number to move
gthe cursor to that value to change it.
Combiner will combine different versions of geoWrite
+documents.  When you create a new document, the
5version is determined by the first input document.
?You can combine a Version 2.1 (from GEOS 2.0 or
IgeoPublish) document with a Version 1.3 (from GEOS
S1.3).  The result can either be a Version 1.3 
]Version 2.1.  
 though, that Version 1.3 cannot
ghandle some Version 2.x (2.0 or 2.1) options, so
qthese are dropped when combining Version 2.x files
{into a Version 1.3 file.
Graphics included in any of the input pages are
+copied to the output.
5You cannot copy headers or footers from an input
?Version 2.x document.
ICombiner will handle either multiple drives, and/or
Sinput and output from different disks.  You will be
]asked to insert the required disk when it is needed.
gDesk accessories are always loaded from the disk
qwhich was in the drive Combiner was loaded from.
