Ilticon Game Icons in NewIcon 4 Style Part I

Content of the Archive

This Archive contains about 170 different
Icons for lots of ,mostly older, games.
Some of those games have been HD-installable
right from the beginning but initally had a
boring 4 or 2 Color WB 1.3 style Icon.
Use this Archive to "modernize" these

Many Games have been patched for harddisk
recently by various people and the rest may or
may not be patched by those in the near future.

All of the Icons use a palette of 256 Colors
and lots are "animated".
Those are indicated by "anim-" in front of the
actual name.





Requirements
The Icons require NewIcon Version 4 and a 265
Color Workbench, though some might do with
128 or even 64 Colors. Some Icons still look
a bit "crippled" in 256 Colors due to the palette.
A GFX board is strongly recommended.
Still it may take some time for the Icons to
appear on the screen as the Directories contain
quite a lot of them.
Also the Icons use a bit of Chipram...




Hints
Most of the Icons look best with the NewIcon
Noborder-Option disabled.



Use a tool like "Icon-copy" to replace the Icons
