This patch makes the following changes to the LaTeX version of the BEAV User Guide (posted to c.s.m. as v26i083-084):

- adds RCS headers, - removes dependency on non-standard a4.sty, - mentions where to obtain fancyheadings.sty, - makes slight changes to indices.

Once the patch has been applied, follow the instruction to uncomment the relevant line if you will be using US A-sized paper rather than A4 paper.
