The syntax of the ULTRASND variable is as follows: ULTRASND baseport,dmaplay,dmarec,gf1irq,midiirq To set the ULTRASND variable, type: set ULTRASND=220,1,1,11,7 The ULTRADIR syntax: ULTRADIR=c:\ultradir To set the ULTRADIR variable, type: set ULTRASND=c:\ultrasnd When you starts the tracker, you should be able to see a yellow logo at the top of the screen. However, you have an incompatible VGA-card, it might look like a bounch of strange characters. To avoid this problem, use the commandline parameter: /cpfix If the tracker looks very strange, try use one of the following parameters: /fixmode /fixmode2 /grafmode The first fixmode changes to normal 80x50 textmode, the logo will not look too good, but the program can be used. The second fixmode (/fixmode2) changes to 90x50 textmode. All should work fine, but this mode may cause problems with the mousedriver. Grafmode changes to 640x480 grafixmode and simulates textmode! This parameter never fails.
