How does Attuneā„¢ ensure that I have only the Intelligrams I need?

Companies often have technical information that potentially could be useful for you. The challenge is sifting through the information to find those items that are really relevant to your individual situation. Attune solves this problem by observing how you use your computer, and by tracking specific information about your computer, such as the operating system, the size of your hard disk, and the amount of computer memory.

From time to time, as you connect to the Internet, Attune automatically checks with each of your Relationship companies to see if there are any new, potentially relevant Intelligrams for you. If there are, Attune asks each Relationship to send the appropriate Intelligrams, which are then downloaded to your hard disk. The Intelligrams are categorized as needing either immediate or non-immediate attention, and you are notified by Attune accordingly.
