	Odo EXITS. The second he's gone, Quark hurries back 
	to the monitor and works it frantically for a moment.

					QUARK
			Come on... come on... please...

					JAKE 
			What's the matter?

	Quark gives up and sags back against the bar in stunned 
	disbelief.

					QUARK 
			My partner. I can't... get him 
			on the channel. He's changed his 
			com system protocols.

					JAKE
				(shocked) 
			Already? You just talked to him.

					QUARK 
				(stunned) 
			He's a wanted man, Jake. He has 
			to be very careful about how often 
			he uses subspace... the 
			authorities might try to... trace 
			his signal. 
				(beat) 
			I don't have any way of contacting 
			him before he gets here Saturday 
			night.

					JAKE
			But... you can explain it to him 
			when he arrives. Just tell him
			he'll have to wait a day.
