			If you want to guarantee that we 
			obtain evidence of a Dominion plan 
			to attack the Romulans... I 
			suggest we manufacture that 
			evidence ourselves.

	Sisko looks at him in surprise.

			Maybe I should have put a stop to

			back to my office and forgotten 
			about the whole thing.
