	before she EXITS with the still vaguely unhappy 
	Richard.

48   NEW ANGLE (OPTICAL)

	Once they've gone, Bashir continues to just stand there 
	in the middle of the room, and then Zimmerman and 
	O'Brien ENTER from the adjacent room. They both look 
	shocked.

					BASHIR
				(to Zimmerman)
			Who were those people?

	O'Brien hits a control and when Bashir DISAPPEARS, we 
	suddenly realize that this was the Holo-Bashir program 
	all along. Off the shocked faces of Zimmerman and 
	O'Brien.

									CUT TO:

49   EXT. SPACE - DEEP SPACE NINE (OPTICAL)

	Re-establishing the station.

50   INT. BASHIR'S QUARTERS

	O'Brien has just told Bashir what happened, and 
	Julian's first reaction is anger.
