					TAIN
			Everyone has reason to fear the Order.

					BASHIR
			But I don't understand... Garak told 
			me you were retired.

					TAIN
			Oh, I am.  Have been for years.  But 
			I try to keep informed on current 
			events.
				(a beat)
			I bet you could tell me all kinds of 
			things I'd like to know, Doctor.

	The tone in Tain's voice makes Bashir realize that behind 
	the benevolent professor act, Tain is a dangerous man.

					BASHIR
			I'm sure I could.  Ask me anything 
			you want to know about medicine, 
			biology... or tennis?.  Would you 
			like to hear my opinion on the new 
			nillimite alloy rackets?

					TAIN
			That won't be necessary.

					BASHIR
