				(interrupting)
			Please.  I haven't heard a Rule of 
			Acquisition in seven years.  And I 
			don't want to hear one now.
				(a beat)
			You never apologized, Quark.  You 
			never admitted you were wrong.  I 
			think that hurt more than anything.

					QUARK
			Would it really have made any 
			difference?

					NATIMA
			Maybe not.  But it would've been 
			nice if you'd tried.

					QUARK
			All right.  I'm sorry.  I was wrong.

					NATIMA
			It's too late.

					QUARK
			It's never too late.
