	Sisko has nothing more to say than a nod... the alien 
	acknowledges and hits his communicator and DEMATERIALIZES.

	Sisko walks out of his office...

					SISKO
			I've agreed to release him.

					O'BRIEN
				(reacts)
			But sir, Tosk is a living, intelligent 
			being...

					SISKO
			This is their custom, Chief... under 
			the prime directive, we have no right 
			to interfere...

					KIRA
			What if Tosk were to request asylum?

	Sisko takes a long beat to think... looks back at O'Brien...
