Were to start,Umm nearly all was made out of extruded 'planes' I used 'oldbric' for the walls 'bath Tile' for the windows(except background Buildings which use 'rectwind' with reflect and transparency I copied the planes to the back and made full bright) for the bitumen road several layers of 'noizbump' and also 'peened'(+ and - Bump)I also used 'hard-stripe','dashline'and 'rivitz'(crossings and cats eyes). The pavement, gutters and corner stone all use 'bathtile' with a stagger adjust.I used four ray-traced lights(all round point source) one the moon(no fall off) one the sun(control Y) and the two street lights(which have 'french-window' lite tx and also 'soft edge'),I also used 8 non-traced spots(point, parallel, diminish) which also have lighting texture 'venitan x2' on them. The only Maps I used were for the text on the wall which is done with spray paint in Paint Shop Pro and then colored and and 'Stenciled' in Imagine also the road sign on the light post is done the same way(except I dind't use spray paint),the warning sign in background is a Top and bottom 'sub-grouped' plane with 'Rivitz' at 45 degree angles(yellow and black). The spray can also has one map which I also made in PSP and has different subgroups(that's how I decaled the label on) with different 'Metals' and also 'Fakely effecting reflect'

The street lamps have 'radial dthstar' and 'Metal aluminum' and the light covers are full bright with 90 degree opposing ribbs on them, the Fog beams are 'fireball' and brightness using fireballs ability to control the filter. You may have noticed the chain link fence in the back ground I thought this worked well as it only uses 'weave' with light and dark grays, this is where a 'Tacking state' comes in handy, to bend the texture to make it look more 'Natural',Finally 'wires' on the planes in the back-ground and 'peened' on the Moon which also has a bit of brightness.

I will also add that all object have different bump texture's(were they didn't freak out filters eg weave texture) and a lot of 'Dirt' and little 'Blast' marks to dirty things up.
