Man's search for the quick and easy answer. We allways find out too late that the Emerald City and the Great Wizard is nothing more than green glass and an old fake from Kansas.

This image was Rendered in several sections to solve the very high memory requirements. First the Emerald City was modeled in Imagine for windows. The city has a transparent glass like texture. Next a plain was added and deformed using the magnetic tool. The Yellow Brick Road built by creating line segments and adding faces. Next came the Sunflowers. The sunflowers had to be rendered in small groups. Last came the Clouds. I used information on the clouds that was deleloped by members of the IML.

After I had all of the images rendered I put them togeather using Adobe Photoshop 3.0.
