Welcome to the Concentric Network. Chances are that you are looking at this webpage because your Netscape Navigator 3.0 Browser and accompanying software were not configured properly. The most likely reasons you are looking at this page are because you have:
1. Launched Netscape without having created an account.
2. Run into a problem during your account setup.
If you are looking at this page because of reason (1.) please run the Account Signup.
If you are running Windows 3.1, the Account Signup can be found in the same program group as Netscape Navigator.
If you are running Windows 95, click on the Start button and proceed to PROGRAMS, then to the Netscape Navigator program group where you will find the Account Signup.
This is probably due to line noise or other mitigating factors. It will be necessary to again run Account Signup to ensure correct Netscape software configuration.
First select the 'I already have an existing account' option. Chances are that you probably have already created your account but that an error occurred during Account Signup. Running through this procedure should correct the problem. Be sure to enter the UserID and Password from your previously created account.
If that doesn't work, a failure occurred before you created an account. Simply run Account Signup, and create a new account.
These procedures should address any problem you might have had to this point. If these tips do not address your particular problem, try a restart. People often do not restart when that is all that might be required.
