QuickTime Installation Important Points:

1. At "Choose Installation Time" select "Minimum"
2. At  "Enter Registration" leave blank & click "Next"
3. At "Finished" click on check boxes to make checkmarks disappear, then select "Close"
4. Restart CD-ROM: either double-click on the eye icon in the "My Computer" folder or open and    
    close the CD-ROM drive
