 PowerFORM is a program developed to support functions necessary for designing 
 screens and forms used with the user program.
 
 2. Operating Environment
 ------------------------
 2.1 OS
 Can operate on Microsoft (R) Windows (R) 95 Operating System, Microsoft (R) 
 Windows NT (R) Operating System Version 3.51 and Microsoft (R) Windows NT (R) 
 Operating System Version 4.0.

 2.2 Required Resources
     (1) Requires at least 4.0Mb on the hard disk to which program will be installed.
     (2) PowerFORM requires memory of at least 12.0Mb.
