Very similar to the Black-whiskered Vireo that breeds in Puerto Rico, but lacks the black "whisker" mark. Length: 12-13 cm.; weight: 12-26 g. Audio (M. Oberle). Breeds from northwestern Canada through much of eastern North America. Winters in South America. Accidental, but probably overlooked in migration in coastal woodlands and dry forests of Puerto Rico.
