Beta One:

o   Added support for the Expire utility (-r). Included Expire and a
    sample REXX script to use the whole mess in the distribution.

o   Tested with IBM TCP/IP 2.0.

Alpha Four:

o   Alpha 3 would delete output files if there were no new messages in a 
    group; this release will not do so when in append mode.

o   Added command line option to specify temporary file name and location.

Alpha Three:

o   Made workaround for case where config file gets out of synch with server,
    resulting in error 423's: now simply resets group so all messages will
    be read next time. This may happen if the NNTP server spools messages off
    quickly or DumpGrp is run infrequently.

o   Added append mode (output files are not overwritten but are appended to).

o   Added ability to specify the line used to separate individual articles.

o   Cleaned up error output somewhat.

o   Added better usage message.

Alpha Two:

o   Fixed bug that would hang DumpGrp if a carriage return was embedded
    in a message.

o   Cleaned up output considerably.
