Internet Coach for Internet Explorer LITE README Windows System Requirements --------------------------- 486-based PC or higher Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows NT 8 MB RAM Quad speed (4X) CD-ROM drive or faster 256 color video adapter Windows compatible sound system optional To start Internet Coach for Internet Explorer LITE --------------------------------------------------- 1. Insert the CD containing "Internet Coach for Internet Explorer" into your CD-ROM drive. 2. If you are using Windows '95, select "Run" from the Start menu. If you are using Windows 3.1, select "Run" from the File menu of the Program Manager. 3. If you are using Windows '95, type "D:\IExpLT\ICOACH32" and press Enter. If you are using Windows 3.1, type "D:\IExpLT\ICOACH16" and press Enter. Note: If your CD-ROM drive is assigned another drive letter, replace the "D" with the letter of that drive. For example, if your CD-ROM drive is drive "G", then type "G:\IExpLt\ICOACH16" or "G:\IExpLt\ICOACH32" depending on your operating system. Changing your system's video adapter to display 256 colors ------------------------------------------------------------- Please refer to the manufacturer instructions for your specific video card before proceeding. If you are using Windows '95, right-click on the desktop, then select Properties. Click the Settings tab. Select 256 color from the Color Palette list box, then click Apply. After the next step, Windows will need to restart. When the System Settings Change dialog box appears, click Yes. If you are using Windows 3.1, open the Main program group and double click the Windows Setup icon. Select Change System Settings from the Options menu. Select Super VGA (640x480, 256 colors) from the Display list box. The Change System Settings dialog box appears. If you already have a driver installed on your system, click Current, otherwise click Cancel. Click Restart Windows when the Exit Windows Setup dialog box appears.
