We recommend that you use Internet Explorer, in large part because it allows you to launch executables from the browser window. Netscape Navigator will not; Navigator will only let you download files (like .zip or .rar) to your hard drive. Sometimes you can launch applications from Internet Explorer and they'll run just fine. Take the example of the AOL software on this disc.

The free Adobe Acrobat Reader allows you to view, navigate, and print PDF files across all major computing platforms. Acrobat Reader is the free viewing companion to Adobe Acrobat 3.0 and to Acrobat Capture(R) software.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Before downloading, if you have a directory that you usually download files into, fine. If not, then create or choose a directory to download the autonomy.exe file into.
• Save the file to your chosen directory.
• If your browser prompts you for a plug-in then use the option to save the file to disk.
