Diego Rivera Web Museum

This is an excellent site to view the work of one of Latin America's most famous artists. Diego Rivera's murals are accessible via this site, which claims to be the first virtual museum devoted to Rivera on the Internet. The murals (paintings on walls of buildings) are accessible through links to the gallery and a catalog of all the murals. The site is available in either Spanish or English. Obviously very colorful, it faithfully shows the paintings in which Rivera portrayed significant symbols in Mexican history: the earth, the farmer, the laborer, the costumes, and popular characters.

The site has won more than twenty awards from different groups.
