Atlas to the World Wide Web

This on-line "atlas" is geared to the novice Web user and the more experienced Net surfer alike. The site is divided into two basic sections. Part I is an introduction to and history of the WWW, with information on hypertext, hypermedia, and HTML. Part II, organized by areas of interest from A to Z, includes lists of the "funniest, most informative, and useful" sites on the Web. The appendices alone include valuable information. This site is the on-line version of a print product.
