Russia.net is maintained by a Russian/American team. It was created to build a bridge between the former Soviet Union and the West. The site is very current, with daily updates by the Russian News Agency Novosti, and reflects the variety of everyday life in Russia today. National traditions, history, and culture are all represented here. There are also links to relevant commercial and nonprofit organizations. Although this site was developed for use by business, it will be of enormous value to students.
