Oyez Oyez Oyez
This site offers audio files of arguments before the Supreme Court in landmark cases. The court began to record its public sessions in October 1955. Background information such as the constitutional question, the conclusion, and the vote are provided for each case. Selected cases include links to the actual opinions. The site is indexed by date decided, by subject, and by party. Eventually, the site's sponsor promises to digitize four hundred hours of audio files. The site is well-designed and easily navigated, making it a useful resource for students.
