This site not only provides information on Mexico but focuses on one aspect of the country every month at the time of this visit the focus was on Mexican cuisine. The page is still under construction; only the Home Page, History, Geography, Art, and the Cuisine segments are presently in English. Other links are provided in Spanish to Economics, Folklore, Science, Sports, and Tourism. The visitor can also access the latest news from El Nacional, the Gulf of Mexico Home Page, an on-line map of the Mexico City subway system, and other interesting sites.
