Man of the Year

This handsome site presents an archive of Time's Man of the Year selections from 1927, the year of the award's inception, to the present. Each year the award is presented to a man, woman, or idea, who for better or worse has most influenced events in the preceding year. Clicking on a decade brings up the magazine covers for each of those years. Clicking on a cover retrieves the full text of that year's story. Students will enjoy this site.
