Latin American Network Information Center (LANIC)

A resource page that enables a visitor to use either a country listing or a subject directory to link to information on Latin America and the Caribbean. All twenty-six countries are included and topical headings range from the African diaspora to cinema, labor, military, sociology, trade, and women, just to name a few. Links provided cover virtually all social, political, intellectual, and economic developments in Latin America. There are other links to search indexes, research institutions, virtual libraries, and both personal and business home pages. The UT-LANIC gopher can also be accessed from this site.
