African Reparations Movement (ARM)

This site recounts what happened to the African people because of enslavement, colonization, and racism, and argues that reparations should be paid for those experiences. To that end the page's main goal is to support the campaign for the return of the Benin Bronzes. The page contains links to information about the reparations movement in general, FAQs, a mailing list, and speeches and articles written about topics relevant to the mission of ARM. Among those articles are "The Legal Basis for the Claim for Reparations" and "Reparations and a New Global Order." The visitor can find a listing of ARM Information and Reference texts, a form to contact ARM, an ARM Picture Index, and a list of other sites of interest.
