This award-winning site is an on-line library of texts, documents, and resources. The term "Fourth World" is defined as "nations forcefully incorporated into states which maintain a distinct political culture but are internationally unrecognized." The site is well-organized and searchable. The nations are grouped geographically for easy access. Also included here are UN documents and other treaties and agreements.
