Nuclear Information and Resource Services

This site serves as an "information and networking center for citizens and environmental organizations concerned about nuclear power, radioactive waste, radiation, and sustainable energy issues." Visitors are encouraged to get involved with events, action alerts, and the newsletter. An example of one recent event was a celebrity-filled "No Nukes" concert in Washington, DC, in September 1997. Current campaigns include Don't Waste America, military-industrial-utility complex (mox/tritium), utility restructuring, eastern Europe/newly independent states, reactor watchdog project. This site presents only one point of view on these topics.
