The Franklin Institute Science Museum

Most of this museum Web site is devoted to its exhibits; the exhibit on the heart is particularly comprehensive. Its archive of past exhibits and links to other sites make this useful, but most high school students will find that the classroom support material here is geared to upper elementary and middle school students. An "Inquiry Almanac" provides access to interesting science trivia. Look here for current events in science; the Hale-Bopp comet was featured in early 1997.
