Exploring Planets in the Classroom

This site contains more than twenty-five hands-on activities to help you explore planetary science. All instructions, forms, charts and graphs you will need to do the activities are included at the site. Topics covered are solar system introductions, planet properties, volcanology, impact craters, remote sensing, earth, gradation, gravity, and rockets and the moon. For more in-depth information, check out the teacher sections and the links to related sites. You will also find an on-line magazine, PSRD Planetary Science Research Discoveries, with recent work in planetary science from NASA scientists.
