This site contains images and the math behind those images. You will find images of Roulettes, Kaleidoscopes, and Millefiori. In addition, you will find instructions or forms for creating Newton Basins, Spirals, Tiling the Hyperbolic Plane, and Mandelbrot and Julia Sets. Links to other sites, bibliographies, and background of the topics covered are included with some of the image pages. This is certainly a learn-by-doing site. The forms allow you to change one or more values and see how they affect the image.
