University of Lancaster (UK), Department of French Studies LANFRANC: Banque de textes français

This site contains a nice collection of literary French texts from the seventeenth to the twentieth centuries. The collection is not currently as large as some other electronic literary text banks, but it seems to be more selective in its choices. Among the texts that stand out are Molière's Tartuffe and Dom Juan, Racine's Phèdre, Prévost's Manon Lescaut, Malraux's La Voie royale, Sartre's La Nausée and Saint-Exupéry's Le Petit Prince. Usually, texts are cut into units (chapters for instance) to speed retrieval.
