Resource monitor v1.1

Is a small  Windows 3.1  program which dislpays
the sizes of the GDI,System and User heaps.  It 
also shows the amount of free memory left (inc-
luding virtual memory). The program updates the
values every few hundred milliseconds - but the
user can change the sample time.

I wrote the program  to help me debug the other 
programs that I have to write for Windows.
