- Accurate book title, ISBN number, quantity, and total price (including shipping charges and applicable sales taxes. Shipping charges will be taxed if applicable).
- Your name, address (no PO boxes please), city, state, country, ZIP or postal code, and daytime telephone number including country code if you're located outside the United States (in case there is a problem with your order).

Sales Tax

All orders within the US (except APO/FPO) will be shipped via UPS 2nd day air the day your order is received, subject to stock availability. APO/FPO orders will be shipped via US Postal Service and will arrive within approximately 5 working days.
Shipping Charges--Destinations Outside the United States
Shipping will be via DHL WorldWide. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Rates start at $23 and vary depending upon actual weight and destination. Shipping charges may be subject to applicable duties and taxes.
Microsoft Press will not fulfill any orders to any country to which export or transmission of our products is restricted by the export control laws and regulations of the United States, and any amendments thereof.
Overnight Express Shipping
Overnight express shipping is available for orders placed by telephone or fax. Charges vary by weight and destination--a $10.00 rush fee will be added to all overnight express orders.
