World Media On Line provided hugely successful coverage of the 1995 Tour de
France during the month of July.
The service included frequent news flashes (about every 15 minutes), five
feature reports a day, color photos, daily commentary by former Tour winner
Stephen Roche. and the results of each stage.
"Tour '95 live" surpassed 450,000 hits per day for the most
spectacular stages.
For the final seven days, the service recorded 2 million hits.
"Tour '95 live" was one of the top servers worldwide for the
month of July.
