Whether you're looking to re-enact the talking computer scenes from the movie Wargames, or would just like to have text read to you so that you don't have to be in front of your monitor, this utility may be of service. It reads text from files, Windows Clipboard, or through the DDE links, and produces speech to audio-output devices (sound card or PC internal speaker). A dictionary editor tool helps you customise its pronunciation. You can also adjust its pitch and speech rate. An internal speaker device driver can be installed during setup for PCs without a sound card.
