COOKING

Use fresh ripe red fruits. Dry and grind fruit to make paprika powder. Known as pimiento when bottled.

CULTIVATION

Fertilise! Tender annual to 70 cm tall x 50 cm wide. Fruit 15 cm long x 3.5 cm wide.
