COOKING

Leaves have a very strong celery like flavour with a lingering after taste. Add fresh leaves sparingly to salads. Lovage is a must for winter soups.

Fertilise! Perennial to 1 m high by 50 cm wide. May die back in winter and shoot again in spring.
