To enjoy maximum flavour pick and add leaves just prior to serving. Bush Basil has cinnamon, clove and aniseed aromas. It has a milder flavour than Sweet Basil

CULTIVATION

Fertilise! Tolerates cold better than sweet basil but is not frost hardy. Annual 50 cm high x 40 cm wide. Prune flower stems weekly to produce more leaves.
