May 26, 1998... Right now the production is shooting on the Universal Studios lot in L.A. The scenes feature a New York City street set under heavy rain. Loads of mechanical FX can be seen all over the scene. The scooper also tells us that Toby's Story is just the working title for this one; the pic may soon change its name to 'Stigmata'.
