July 1, 1998... When Edward Vilga, the director/screenwriter for Dead Broke (that's him over on the right)
finished wrapping production on his film he wanted to get word out about it. Vilga's already played the film for test
audiences and received positive feedback; on June 4th he debuted Dead Broke at the Newport first film festival.
However Vilga's now faced with the daunting process of getting word out about his picture. What's a
