New features in ScanNT(TM) 1.1

1) Windows based utility wscannt.exe is added.

2) "-r" switch is added to scannt.exe to assign a priority
   for the process.
   
3) The restriction on the number of accounts to scan 
   (3,000 in version 1.0) is removed.

4) New error messages are added to scannt.exe.

5) Sample dictionary file (scannt.dic) is added to the distribution.

6) An option to change the file to be executed under service.exe 
   is added.
