Go south from Kurak, and cross the river.
Follow the river east, and then head south as you pass some tar pits.
There is a path through the jungle here, use eagle eye if you want.
The laboratory is in the big clearing, a little to the east.
Search the laboratory carefully. you will need many of the items.
