A bungle over a cash promotion could cost burger giants McDonald's thousands in
extra prize money.
Stewart Jamieson, 24, of Rutherglen, near Glasgow, claims he scooped ú2110 after matching eight stickers from Coke cups. But he was given the brush-off because he was sold promotion material from last year. Last week, McDonald's paid ú750 to Audrey Sykes, 28, of Armadale, West Lothian, even though she was sold out-of-date material. McDonald's said they were investigating. |
